1. Service Scope
Official Service Center offers home appliance repair services across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including repairs for refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, ovens, stoves, deep freezers, and coffee machines.
We service major brands such as Samsung, LG, Bosch, Siemens, Hitachi, and Teka.
2. Booking & Appointments
All service bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or website request.
Appointments are subject to technician availability and confirmed based on your location and requested time.
We may reschedule appointments in cases of emergencies, extreme weather, or technician availability issues.
3. Diagnosis & Repair
Our technicians will inspect the appliance and provide a diagnosis before proceeding with repairs.
You will be informed of the cost and required parts (if any) before the repair begins.
No repairs are conducted without customer approval.
4. Service Charges
A standard inspection fee may apply for each service call, which is communicated in advance.
Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change depending on appliance condition, brand, and part availability.
5. Warranty
We provide a limited service warranty (typically 7–30 days) on specific repair jobs or parts replaced.
Warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse or external factors (e.g., water damage, power surge)
Repeat issues not related to the original repair
Appliances older than 10 years, where reliability cannot be guaranteed
6. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure someone is present at the scheduled time of the technician visit.
Provide clear access to the appliance being repaired.
Notify us in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
7. Limitations of Liability
Official Service Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the repair or use of your appliance.
We are not responsible for data loss (e.g., smart appliance settings), spoiled food, or business interruption caused by appliance malfunction.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time will not incur any fee.
Last-minute cancellations may result in an inspection charge.
9. Website Usage
You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site.
All website content, logos, and images are the property of Official Service Center and may not be used without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
